Two free live webinars where we will share practical lessons learned directly from our own experience managing, coordinating and implementing Horizon Europe projects.
WEDNEsday 18 NOVEMber at 11:00 CET (1 hour)
Creating valuable project results is only the beginning. The real challenge is making sure they reach the right audiences, gain visibility beyond your network and create opportunities for further collaborations and uptake.
The European Commission has developed a growing ecosystem of platforms, services and initiatives to help Horizon Europe projects amplify their communication, dissemination and exploitation activities.
In this webinar, you'll discover the main tools and support services available throughout the lifetime of your project. Through examples and practical recommendations, you'll learn how these resources can complement your project's DEC activities, help you reach wider audiences and strengthen the overall impact of your results.
This session will cover:
- Why your project's own communication channels are only one part of an effective dissemination strategy
- An overview of the European Commission ecosystem supporting communication and dissemination and how and when to make use of it
- Tips for integrating these opportunities into your Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation strategy
Who is this webinar for?
If your communication strategy currently relies mainly on your project website, social media and partner networks, this webinar will introduce you to a much wider ecosystem of platforms and services that can help extend your project's visibility and dissemination efforts.
Designed for communication managers, project coordinators and researchers, the session provides practical guidance on choosing the right opportunities at the right time throughout your project.

Horizon Europe increasingly expects research and innovation projects to create impact beyond scientific publications by ensuring that knowledge and results are taken up by society, policymakers, industry and other stakeholders. This webinar introduces knowledge valorisation and explores how research outcomes can be transformed into tangible societal, policy, economic and environmental benefits.
Participants will gain an overview of key valorisation approaches promoted by the European Commission, learn about practical pathways from research to uptake, and discover useful resources and platforms supporting knowledge transfer, innovation and collaboration across Europe. We will discuss how to use these platforms and concepts in proposal writing as well as during project management.
This session will cover:
- Understanding knowledge valorisation in Horizon Europe: moving beyond dissemination and exploitation
- Co-creation and collaboration with industry, public authorities, civil society organisations and citizens
- The European Commission’s updated Knowledge Valorisation Platform and the latest guidance, tools and resources available to researchers and research managers

Europa Media is Europe’s leading provider of practical training courses on EU’s research and innovation programmes. We have 25 years of experience in developing and implementing projects under the Framework Programmes. Under Horizon 2020, we have been involved successfully in over 30 projects, coordinating six of them. Under the first work programmes of Horizon Europe, we are currently involved in 11 collaborative projects, coordinating one of them. Europa Media’s trainers are actual project managers, coordinators, and financial administrators of these projects, sharing their stories and providing you with hands-on tips based on their everyday experience. For the past 20 years, they have been supporting all the major institutions as well as several of the NCPs in the Member States and countries associated to the Framework Programmes. This event, as always, has been designed based on our direct hands-on experience with EU research and innovation proposals and is, therefore, 100% practice-driven. Our practical approach has attracted over 10,000 participants from all over the world in the past 15 years. Read more about our projects here.
