Reporting on Impact - The most challenging part of reporting or a chance to impress the reviewers?

Reporting in and of itself is arguably the most stressful part of the entire project implementation process. Juggling everyone’s input, remembering the details of all the activities in the past 18 months (at least) and presenting everything as a unified narrative.

And then there are elements that require way more than that. Reporting on impact has become increasingly important as HE has been progressing and both reporting on the platform (Part A) and the technical report (part B) have required us to rethink how we see impact. But is this just another bureaucratic burden or a chance to truly showcase what our project has accomplished? 

This session will cover: 

- How reporting on impact actually looks like on the platform and in the Part B 

- What we should pay attention to and emphasize in order to properly showcase our impacts 

- Connection between our results, dissemination, exploitation and impact

Preparing the Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement from a project management perspective

Understanding your legal obligations is essential for smooth and compliant Horizon Europe project implementation. While the Grant Agreement defines the formal rules between the beneficiaries and the granting authority, the Consortium Agreement regulates how partners work together in practice. For project coordinators, managers and beneficiaries, knowing how these two documents interact is crucial for avoiding misunderstandings, managing risks and taking the right decisions during the project lifetime.

In this free webinar, we will look at the most important Grant Agreement articles and Consortium Agreement sections from a practical project management perspective. We will focus on the clauses that coordinators and partners most often need to consider during implementation, including financial provisions, budget distribution and management, defaulting parties, ownership of results, access rights, IPR-related issues and internal decision-making. The session will also take a closer look at the lump sum-related provisions introduced in DESCA 2.0. 

This session will cover: 

- The relationship between the Grant Agreement and the Consortium Agreement 

- Key Grant Agreement articles to keep in mind during project implementation
